  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For any reservation cancellation (excluding bookings made on a non-refundable rate), we must receive 48 hours notice prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive a full refund. 50% deposit is taken at time of booking and remaining balance is collected when free cancellation ends. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival are subject to a charge of 100% of the room amount; additional products or add-on charges will be fully refunded.

    Unfortunately, we do not have an on-site restaurant. However, we are happy to recommend something in the area!

  • Do you offer WiFi? What's the password?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in our public areas and guest rooms and you will receive information about logging in at check-in.

  • Are you pet-friendly?

    While we welcome Service Animals, unfortunately, pets, including emotional support animals, are not permitted at our hotel. Violating this policy will incur a $250 charge. We are happy to recommend nearby kennels for use during your stay.

  • Do you allow children?

    Pagosa River Domes welcomes well-behaved children of all ages, however, only a couple of our rooms can accommodate more than two persons (children and infants included). Please note our additional per person charge described in our policies. At this time, we are not able to provide any cribs or pack ‘n plays.

    Check-in: Begins at 4 PM on your check-in date. Check-out: By 11 AM on your check-out date.


  • What if I need to check in early or late?

    We do our best to accommodate early and late check-ins with advanced notice. If you expect to arrive before or after check-in hours, please notify us as soon as possible.


  • Are you ADA-compliant?

    We have one room that is ADA friendly.
